Plain language on what information we collect through this site and how it’s used.
What we collect
When you submit the Private Consultation, Gift Cards, or Membership form, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, town or city (for consultation requests only), treatments of interest, preferred timing, and any notes you include.
How we use it
Your submission is emailed directly to Nir Studio so we can follow up and confirm your request. We don't maintain a separate marketing database, sell your information, or share it with third parties for advertising. We don't use your information for anything beyond responding to the request you submitted.
Where it's processed
Form submissions are delivered via Resend, our email provider. If analytics are enabled, we use Umami, which is designed to collect only anonymized, aggregate visit data. It doesn't use cookies or track you individually. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which, like any web host, keeps standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security and performance.
How long we keep it
We don't operate a customer database on this website; submissions live in our email inbox for as long as needed to schedule and complete your service, consistent with normal business recordkeeping.
Your choices
You're always free to decline to provide information beyond what's required to fulfill a request. If you'd like us to delete information you've previously submitted, let us know through the Private Consultation form and reference this policy; we'll handle it directly since we don't have a public support inbox.

If how we handle information changes meaningfully, we'll update this page. Last updated: September 2026.
